⚙️ Operations & Customer Experience Manager (Hospitality)

Responsibilities

This hands‑on role will have you:

  • 🛠️ Provide hands‑on operations leadership for high‑volume service environments such as restaurants, cafes, catering services and retail operations. Streamline daily workflows, coach frontline staff and oversee vendor relationships.

  • 🔍 Conduct comprehensive assessments of client operations; stabilize chaotic service environments, optimize shift schedules, reduce waste and control labor costs.

  • 🤗 Design and implement customer‑experience programs and complaint‑resolution systems that elevate satisfaction scores and foster repeat business.

  • 🧾 Train client staff on POS systems, inventory management platforms and service protocols; build reliable vendor relationships and implement sustainable inventory processes.

  • 📋 Develop standard operating procedures, checklists and performance metrics to ensure consistency across locations; mentor client managers on how to sustain improvements.

Qualifications

Your toolkit should include:

  • 5+ years in hospitality or retail operations management with a proven track record of improving service quality and financial performance.

  • 🧑‍💼 Experience in team leadership, staff scheduling, vendor coordination and training; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.

  • 🧮 Familiarity with POS systems, inventory software and productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office); ability to analyze operational data and identify improvement areas.

  • 😌 Strong interpersonal skills, calm under pressure and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
