🎧 DJ Services Manager / Event Operations Coordinator
Responsibilities
If you thrive at the intersection of music and logistics, this role is for you. You will:
🎉 Lead and grow our DJ service subsidiary specializing in Desi weddings, mehndi nights, anniversaries and other cultural celebrations.
🎵 Oversee scheduling, client consultations, music curation and event logistics to deliver unforgettable experiences; ensure culturally appropriate song selections and MC announcements.
👨🎤 Coordinate and mentor a roster of DJs, MCs and sound technicians; facilitate training on mixing, customer interaction and cultural protocols.
📣 Collaborate with the marketing team to promote services through social media, wedding shows and community events; develop tiered packages and special promotions.
🎛️ Manage equipment inventory, setup and breakdown logistics; oversee technical rehearsals to ensure quality sound, lighting and safety.
Qualifications
Our ideal candidate has:
✅ 3+ years of experience in event planning, DJ services or entertainment management; knowledge of Desi wedding traditions and South Asian music genres is highly desirable.
🎯 Ability to manage multiple events concurrently and maintain high customer satisfaction; excellent problem‑solving skills for on‑the‑spot challenges.
🗣️ Strong organizational, communication and negotiation skills; capability to interact with clients from diverse backgrounds.
🌙 Evening/weekend availability for events and willingness to travel within the region.
