📣 Marketing & Content Manager / Podcast Producer
Responsibilities
This creative role blends marketing strategy with storytelling. You will:
🗣️ Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for all CMC business lines, including digital advertising, social media, email campaigns, community outreach and events.
🎙️ Produce and edit episodes of our podcasts “Tales of a CIO” and “Chats with Chaudhry”; handle guest outreach, pre‑interviews, scripting, recording, editing and publishing across multiple platforms.
🖼️ Generate engaging multimedia content—blog posts, case studies, infographics, videos and newsletters—that highlights our mission, services and success stories.
📅 Build and manage a content calendar, ensuring consistent brand messaging across websites, podcasts and social channels; develop SEO strategies to drive web traffic.
📊 Monitor analytics to assess campaign performance, adjust strategies and report ROI to leadership; coordinate with the business development team on lead‑generation initiatives.
🤝 Manage relationships with graphic designers, audio engineers and other creative contractors; oversee marketing budgets and vendor contracts.
Qualifications
To excel in this role you should have:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related field.
📈 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, content production and campaign management; experience with podcast production and editing is required.
🎧 Proficiency in audio editing software (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition), graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social‑media management platforms.
📝 Strong storytelling skills, creativity and an understanding of technology, healthcare and education topics; ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
🗂️ Experience managing budgets, vendors and cross‑functional projects; excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
