🤝 Business Development & Partnerships Manager

Responsibilities

As a growth engine for our firm, you will:

  • 🔍 Identify and pursue new consulting opportunities across healthcare, education, technology, laboratory science and event services. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects through networking, referrals, marketing campaigns and industry events.

  • 🧾 Collaborate closely with the CEO, marketing team and service leads to craft tailored proposals, pitch decks and presentations that align our capabilities with client needs.

  • ✍️ Negotiate contracts (NDAs, MSAs, ISAs) and manage the sales cycle from initial contact through deal closure; ensure adherence to pricing, ethical guidelines and shariah‑compliant payment options.

  • 🤝 Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and cross‑selling opportunities; gather feedback to inform service improvements.

  • 📊 Track market trends, competitor offerings and industry changes; prepare regular reports on pipeline metrics, revenue forecasts and opportunity conversion rates.

Qualifications

Our successful candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales or partnerships within consulting, professional services, healthcare or education sectors.

  • 🤝 Strong network of industry contacts and ability to articulate complex service offerings to diverse stakeholders.

  • ✍️ Demonstrated success writing proposals, responding to RFPs and negotiating contracts; familiarity with income‑share agreements and other non‑traditional payment models is beneficial.

  • 📢 Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills; results‑oriented with a customer‑centric mindset.

  • 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field; an MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
