🏥 Director of Healthcare Consulting
Responsibilities
In this pivotal role, you will:
🏥 Lead client engagements that improve hospital operations, clinical research programs and healthcare delivery across multiple states.
📊 Design data‑driven roadmaps to modernize healthcare systems, guiding clients through enterprise upgrades, technology adoption and change management.
👥 Coordinate interdisciplinary teams (clinical, IT, research) and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations including HIPAA and FDA standards.
📝 Develop proposals and service offerings tailored to hospitals, labs and research institutions; maintain relationships with hospital partners and industry associations.
👩🔬 Mentor consultants and integrate ASCP certification programming into healthcare projects to upskill client staff and improve quality of care.
Qualifications
To be successful, you should have:
✅ 7+ years of experience in healthcare consulting or hospital administration with progressive leadership responsibilities.
🔬 Working knowledge of clinical research workflows, grant management, academic medical partnerships and healthcare regulations.
💼 Experience managing large budgets and vendor contracts; familiarity with laboratory accreditation and ASCP certification pathways.
📈 Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills; ability to distill complex healthcare data into actionable strategies.
🎓 Master’s degree in public health, healthcare administration or a related field.
