📊 Program Management Office (PMO) Director / PMP & Agile Coach

Responsibilities

As PMO Director you will be both a coach and a builder. Key duties include:

• 🧭 Lead and expand our PMI training arm, providing comprehensive PMP, PgMP and PfMP application and audit support. Create step‑by‑step guides to help candidates map experience, craft narratives, assemble audit evidence and submit applications successfully.

• 🧠 Design and deliver customized Agile, Scrum and hybrid methodology training for clients; help them adopt lean practices that shorten cycle times and improve predictability.

• 🏗️ Establish and continuously improve PMO standards, governance frameworks, metrics dashboards and reporting cadence across client engagements.

• 👥 Manage and mentor a team of project managers, scrum masters and trainers; oversee curriculum development, course scheduling and quality assurance.

• 📃 Collaborate with business development to scope new consulting engagements and contribute to proposals involving program or project delivery.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will bring:

• ✅ PMP certification (PgMP, PfMP and/or Agile credentials such as PSM or PMI‑ACP strongly preferred).

• 📅 8+ years of program or project management experience with success building and leading PMOs or EPMOs.

• 📚 Deep knowledge of PMBOK, Agile, Lean and hybrid delivery frameworks; ability to tailor practices to varied industries.

• 🗣️ Proven track record mentoring and coaching project teams; excellent facilitation and communication skills.

• 🎓 Bachelor’s or master’s degree in project management, business, engineering or a related field.
