Our CEO role requires a dynamic leader capable of wearing many hats. You will:

  • 🚀 Set the vision and strategy across all business units—healthcare consulting, management consulting, PMI training, tutoring/BS‑MD coaching, pre‑med research ops, ASCP certification programs and DJ services.

  • 🤝 Champion our mission by setting measurable objectives and ensuring financial sustainability for each subsidiary while upholding our ethical standards.

  • 🌐 Forge partnerships with hospitals, universities, corporations and community organizations; represent the firm to clients, investors and the public.

  • 🎙️ Collaborate with marketing and podcast teams to amplify thought leadership through our podcasts and mentorship programs.

  • 💬 Cultivate a high‑performance culture that values collaboration, transparency and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role you should have:

  • ✅ 10+ years of executive leadership experience (CEO, COO or managing partner) in consulting or professional services.

  • 📈 Demonstrated success scaling diverse service lines and launching new ventures.

  • 💡 Proven track record of driving revenue growth, building teams and maintaining quality and ethics.

  • ❤️ Passion for social impact at the intersection of healthcare, education and technology; a commitment to transparency and outcomes.

  • 🎓 Master’s or higher degree in business, public health, management or a related discipline.
